Methods and tips for cleaning underwear

Washing underwear is a must-do in daily life, but not everyone knows how to wash it. Some people throw their underwear directly into the washing machine and have a "great solidarity" with other clothes. Some people just rub the bath with a bath liquid and finish, while others wash the underwear with washing powder. Are these methods correct?

Washing underwear is very particular, especially for women's underwear, we should pay attention to the following five points:

First, the underwear should be changed every day, and it should be cleaned in time. Do not let the underwear overnight, otherwise it will breed bacteria and increase the difficulty of cleaning.

Second, wash by hand, not machine. Throwing underwear and other clothes into the washing machine together will make the underwear contaminated with bacteria from other clothing. Even washing underwear with a washing machine alone is not sufficient, because the washing machine is not clean, and in its humid environment, it is easy to breed microorganisms such as fungi. It is recommended to use a special basin for washing, and separate each person. In addition, it is recommended to squeeze with your thumb and forefinger and scrub carefully, so that you can wash clean.

Third, it is best to use cold water to wash underwear to prevent the protein components in secretions from coagulating with heat. In order to prevent the pH balance of private parts from being destroyed, underwear detergent or neutral washing liquid is the preferred detergent for washing underwear. You can also use some soaps that are not very alkaline, but you cannot use washing powder. After washing, be sure to rinse with running water to avoid the accumulation of dirt.

Fourth, you can use hot water to sterilize after washing. Generally, panties can be killed by scalding in hot water above 60 degrees Celsius for more than 5 minutes.

Fifth, dry in a ventilated and dry place. Under the sun, it is best to expose the back of the underwear; on rainy days, the front should be exposed to prevent mold from being contaminated in humid air.
